Jo Adams, Director
Jo is an experienced Programme Manager specializing in HR transformation and technology implementations. She manages end-to-end projects including systems implementations, business cases, vendor selection, and efficiency reviews. Jo excels at building cohesive teams across HR, IT, Finance and External Partners, and also advises venture capital firms on acquisitions.
